Cripes, over the last week I've spent about 60 hours at work(s) and another 15 hours commuting.
I'm a bit surprised that I've survived almost intact :)

also - how come I've never really listened to Fiona Apple before? we get along so fine...

My condolences :( May you have a better next week in the short term, and in the long term a better work (that is, with less hours and better pay and commute).

Well, perhaps with a few more episodes of FMA at the right time he could've been more ready to cope with the outside world. I guess we'll never know.
