Mostly to flip the meme, as over nine thousaaaand times out of ten he gets paired with Cain and that can get really cliche and repeatative really quick. So the corner of fandom I tend to hang out in gleefully encourages frisky, cheerfully in-charge Glitch. It's not really a "law" so much as a guideline, then :D
