What a week! I seem to be settling in to my new job. There is one other tech there who I'm making friends with. We are going to go check out the museum tomorrow. I saw on the news that they just finished a whole bunch of construction there and that it's open for free all weekend. Yeh!!! I finally got a job that I think I'm really going to like. Thanks to all who helped. I'm working in a medical lab doing blood testing for all kinds of diseases. Geez! I never thought it would be so hard to find a job with reasonable pay. I used to work in a phone center making $12 per hour. All the phone jobs I can find now only pay like $8.50. It's so depressing. I was all excited to make the permanent move to Tempe, but not if I can't find a job. I'm running out of money. HELP!!!

Now that fall is coming, it's actually pretty nice here in Tempe. I'm suprised, I thought I'd never get into the desert. I've been waking up early and going for my run. I got a fish today. As a pet. Not as food. Although, I may wind up eating it one day. I named it flea.

The weather is beautiful and everything is calming down around here. Luckily, my family is getting back to their regular lives and out of mine. I am officially totally single now. So, Grandma left me the house. It's all paid for. Do I stay here? Do I sell it? All the family talks about is the money. All I think about is Grandma.

This week is just crazy. No one wanted to hang with Grandma and now that she's gone, everyone was her best friend. I want this no I want that no you get this no you get that. Grandma passed today.
She was really old and sick.
What am I supposed to do next?
I guess I will be plenty busy
dealing with all her crap.
I loved the way she would
rub my back so I could sleep.

The nice smell of Grandma
is not in her house anymore :(
