I am now into my second week of summer and have been steadily working my way through a mammoth reading list. Finished rereading The Idiot and was sufficiently dazzled into depression by Dostoevsky's uncanny handling of the human condition. Simply beautiful. I can't believe you're reading Moby Dick for fun. I practically fall asleep just thinking about that book. ;) Of course I know who Steven Fry is! He has the best voice ever. =P I take it he's a good writer, too? It seems like he would be.

My mom and two brothers all have iTouches. As near as I can figure (what, am I a hick all of a sudden?), the main purpose of the iTouch is scrabble. That's a well-spent... however-many dollars. ;)

Whoa now, slam on Moby-Dick out of nowhere :P It's actually a good book. Read it. Reeeaaaaaad iiiiiit. Ha! Leave it to my fellow English Major to know who Stephen Fry is. This is why we are friends *pretentious tea clink*

I'm really rather enjoying the mini Scrabble capabilities right at my fingertips. Oh and I also have a lightsaber application. Forgot to mention that.

The number of times I have wished for my own Jeeves... Wouldn't life just get like ten times better and easier? I also love A Bit of Fry and Laurie. I keep meaning to find those episodes somewhere.

Well, all the more fun for you! I'm just biased against the ipod touch because I can't type for shit on those things. The only app I can actually use successfully is the map one. Watch me end up getting one when my current ipod dies. =P

Too true, too true. Though if Stephen Fry were my Jeeves I'd probably mainly make him read me things - he'd be the gentlewoman's kindle.

The typing does get annoying and definitely took a while to get used to. Haha, you've had your ipod for a while haven't you? Once it dies you SHOULD get an iTouch. They are terribly fun!
