Thanks to Mr.JB whobrought to my attention that the FDA is currently evaluating outlawing caffeine in alcoholic beverages. After doing some research, it appears that this comes from a bunch of state attorney and governor offices that have sent letters arguing that these beverages target underage drinking. There is a movie on Hulu called the Future of Food (a predecessor to Food Inc) which nicely outlines the reasons I am opposed to most GMO-foods. It has less to do with the 'threat' of GMOs but more about the actions of companies like Monsanto which are (IMHO) far more criminal than cigarette companies. Rough weekend...
Saturday I basically worked all day then went to a birthday dinner for a friend. I had a great time! I had trouble getting to sleep and only spent about 2 hours at work which was nice. Today it is back to the grind again but I'm hoping to check out a little early and get a little drew time. I am tired and dont feel really good.Drew

So for the last month I have been growing some plants under super-sterile conditions to harvest and use to start an assay I want to do a lot of stuff with. Today was harvest day.
