Captain. I think it's honorable you're offering self-defense classes to civs and non-combatants.

On the second point, I don't think it could be too hard to organized. I realize the biggest issue is people coming and going unexpectedly, but I think an organized system could be worked out. Beyond that, how about some kind of city-wide warning system like a warning bell that can be heard all over town?

I've done a lot of organizing and planning back in my home so I know how to work with groups. I should warn in advance I'm mute, but it hasn't resulted in too many problems. Just means I write a lot.

I usually write things down if there's any questions, haven't had any problems yet. I've waitressed before in rougher places so even if there were problems I'd be able to handle them.
