I fully support that decision. The all option can be fun for awhile, but it gets insance and unmanageable quickly, as I'm sure you know. The nothing option is certainly better in the long-run, but if you think of it in terms of that time frame, it well seem far more daunting than not using today ( ... )

i dont think it should be a problem. there are other friends i have that are no longer around because of drugs. i talked to a couple of them today and they are there for me and everything so i dont think i'll be lonely.

I went 26 days, going to parties more than once a week and not drinking. I think I pretty much proved my point. Then something came up, and I was the nice friend who drank with a buddy who was having a bad day.
