calapurr and I did a trial for FCN where we brought three sixth barrels of brew and a portable CO2 dispensing system. An embarrassing amount of brew was poured over the weekend, and we've jumped into a system for home given the success. We absolutely must get down there soon to test out this system. Int he name of science!

Also...did you say circulating fluid chiller for a steal? O RLY? I've been wanting to play around with sous vide cooking and those are just the thing for such a thing. Any chance any more of those "steal"s are still available?

So, interestingly enough, my brother used to work for a local beer distrbuter, Miller High Life. He worked the warehouse, loaded trucks and would end up riding along with drivers who deilvered. But, they also would troubleshoot the tap-lines for places, as they would typically have issues from time to time and putting a new keg on could be problematic for a client, etc. If you have a long feeder line running from the back of the house to the front, it's not unusual to have a whole keg of beer in the line. Which means you waste a keg of product clearing the lines and changing beer brands.

Just some food for thought.
