Yes, she is in quarantine. My other birds are in my bedroom. She spends her time in the living room and bathroom. :)
Yes, I've noticed that about my animals. Luckily, I do have a quiet home. I tend to be pretty mellow; especially now that I am done with school (ie. less stress) :) It is just me and my animals. Pixie (one of my cockatiels) doesn't scream all the time; mostly when I leave in the morning or come home in the evening. He's just incessant when he does though; lol. You should see my cat when I am doing massage; it totally knocks him out! It is so cute.
And Lola is quiet most of the time too; just noisy when there are other noises, like I mentioned...
