Let me give you my most recent dream. This won't take long to explain.
I walk into an office that has three walls with windows, and it's overlooking the ocean. It's a beautiful view. I'm there for a meeting. I get distracted from the boring meeting by a pod of whales that are surfacing out on the ocean. I say "look at the whale's, they're so pretty" and the other people tell me "Oh that happens all the time it's not that special." So they go back to the meeting, and then a whale swims up very close to the window (the office was somehow over the edge of the sea) and I go "No, guys, look, there's a whale like 5 feet away from the office it's amazing," and the other people go "You're obviously too easily distracted, we'd better close the shades."
So they close the shades and we have a meeting. Which is boring. This is my entire dream.
This is why I was upset to see you in your dream - because I never have a good time in dreams.
that's sad that you don't have a good time in your dreams. but I liked your dream, it's very interesting. I actually have a fascination with dreams and dream interpretation using mostly psychological Jung-based interpretations. They are sometimes very insightful.
I'm planning on posting my dream interpretation of this one when i get it figured out.
p.s. I don't hate you for not being nice in my dream - it's ok :D
See, I read about other people's dreams and I go "How could anybody have a dream like that? That seems fake." Because I've never had dreams like thatMy most exciting dream came after studying too much history in high school. I dreamt that I was watching a history program on TV (note that in my dream I am watching TV, not experiencing this myself) about the Russian Revolution in the early 1910s when the Communists took over. Except instead of the Communists it was the Church of England. So basically just a Find-Replace for "Communists" with "Church of England," over a bunch of grainy black and white footage and photographs
