This is probably not news to regulars of the Beer Engine in Gosford Street, but the landlord Ian McAllister died suddenly a few days ago and the pub will be closed for the foreseeable future.

Is it just me, or did any other Coventry people not realise that the Alma has closed???? The end of an era - I am absolutely devastated!
