The thing is, I don't think this is funny anymore. I watched every Katie Couric interview, every SNL spoof. I watched the debate (if you can even call it that) and felt ill. i don't get the "do i like this person as a friend?" method of choosing your candidate either. the fact that i think i would genuinely like obama actually really bothered me early on in this TWO YEAR PRESIDENTAL ELECTION.

honestly the scariest reality for me is the one where john mccain wins the election and dies of a heart attack when someone tells him about it. and i don't think that's entirely outside the realm of possibility.
