I heard of people transferring schools.

I've heard of people transferring schools for this semester due to fears of Southern not opening up back in due time. Is anyone else considering this option, just so they're not behind? I think I'm going to stick it through, and just stay in summer school.

I'm doing it because I don't wanna sit around for the next few months while waiting to go back to a shitty city that has no future for me.

Correction. I AM enrolled in Houston.

Dude, they have such a bad ass arcade here. It's gonna be a great semester for me...

As long as you spend enough time doing your work and not playing games. :P

I couldn't transfer to another school even if I wanted too, since it's my last semester and all. But yes, I've heard of people who are transfering.

I guess my situations a little different since my situation relies less on Southern and more on my school. Still though, I'd say stick with USM cause I have no doubt that things will come back eventually, because they pretty much have too. If it was a school in NO or something, that would be different, but I think things are repairable for USM. If worse comes to worse, they'll just haul off the trees that have fallen down, get the electricity up, and we'll have a slightly battered campus.

Holy shit, I had no idea things were that serious. Way to shelter yourself from the news, Anna.

Transferring? Julian, I have no idea what's going on with USM. I heard it's opening up again on Tuesday, I hear it's not, I hear campus is fine, I hear the stadium is damaged, I hear it's all good, I hear it's bad. When do we know when classes start again?
