If my body is my temple, I really should worship it more. I have been having health problems after my Korea Starvation trip (Fell ill and couldn't eat much.). I am either not eating enough or my body is not absorbing the food I am providing it with. I seemed to be starving all the time, despite eating as usual or slightly more. I am back!!! Actually, been back for weeks, but I've been so busy with work and the accompanying stress. Now that the audit is over, things are slowing down, though the occasional safety related/ post-audit issues will pop up and rear my boss's ugly head.
