My poor pooch is going in for a minor surgery this morning to have a tumor removed.  Unfortunately, the vet thinks that it's quite possibly cancerous.  Evidently, black labs (and black lab mixes) are more prone to cancer.  I had no idea

That sucks beyond the telling of it. Hope she heals up well.

Let me know what you decide about the event. I'm probably driving over Friday night late, then back Saturday once the fighting dies down.
