American Psycho is brilliant because Christian Bale is Patrick Bateman. He does SUCH a good job. My gawd. I love the part at the end where he's killing everybody and then he makes that confession over the phone. H'oh yeah. XD

Yes, Christian Bale is incredibly brilliant... I was reading about it and listening to the other potential actors to play the part, namely Edward Norton (from Fight Club) and Leonardo Di Caprio... I actually think that all three of them would do a pretty good job with the part. But I really like the directing too... with his stark white room and the blood everywhere. BEAUTIFUL :)

That's funny; I read the same article! On wiki right? Norton would've been good, but I'm too in love with Bale. XDD There's that part in Fight Club when Brad Pitt says to Norton, "You have a kind of sick desperation in your laugh." I don't think Patrick has that until the end XDD Both characters are pretty different.
