I spent 7 hours at the funeral home today. For those who don't know, my uncle died on Thursday after shooting himself in the head. The first hour of visitation was rough, that's the family hour. Today started out really well. I got up at 10:30, went to the gym. Did 30 on the bike at level 15 and felt pretty damn good, did 30 on the cross trainer for a combined total of 750 burned calories.
