All alone this week as excaliburca has gone to Nova Scotia for his brother Sandy's second Wedding reception. His parents did the same for us after our Wedding for all the people that were not able to attend. I would have loved to attend but work is nuts and they refused to let me have the time off. I understand why because I'm short handed in my department

Emotional burnout: actually a form of shock.

My recommendation is that you tell them that, then ask for timeout so you can relax at the firing range.

firing range actually sounds fun but in my state of mind I'm guessing I would be imagining the targets are other things...lol. :)
