TWEWY: Mastered!

I have now completely mastered TWEWY. I achieved 100% pins and 100% items (and 100% noise), and that's it. This is the first JRPG where I've done everything there is to do in a game, and thusly I have marked that off my life achievement list. Total time spent in game was 96 hours, about 30 of which leaving it on overnight to level stuff

Are there any Noise that you can only encounter once in the game and you can't reach 100% if you don't get it right then?

Well, the way new game + works is that you get to reply parts of the game with additional objectives, so no.

Additionally, most of the bosses are actually available in easier to find places after the game completes. The game seems to have thought this through and actually make it possible to master.

Oh that's nice. Did you see my post about FFX? I had the wrong idea about it and thought the final boss was going to be really hard, so I went crazy and raged for hours doing really boring repetitive shit like dodging lightning bolts and collecting butterflies and monsters to get the celestial weapons. Then I proceeded to defeat the final boss in 7 turns because I had leveled up so much along the way. Sigh.

Turns out people who play FFX are insane though, because they'll just ignore the final boss and spend hours leveling to >9999HP and work their characters so everything they do does 99999 damage. They use all this to play against the really hard monster arena bosses. that's really not my thing.
