I once wrote a zoology exam, where there was a "for fun" question that asked, what is an animal?
I probably should have wrote something like "metazoans" but I didn't.
Animals slowly evolve over time and struggle to survive and have their place in this world. Some are selfish, meanwhile others show altruistic behaviour. Hey -- whatever works, right?

Been a while! Very vivid and long dream, too.
