they have a kit with two sponges and the cleanser for $39

You do have to moisten the sponge before use. It does soak up a bit more foundation, but OMG the flawless finish and the ease..

Well, this is convenient! I looked at their Canadian site and it turns out I can buy it here in person at Holt Renfrew! Huzzah for not having to wait or pay for shipping, though it may turn out a few dollars more expensive. Ah well, 'tis the price of impatience.

I tried it yesterday with my lumiere mineral foundation. It also works, but I think I prefer a brush for a sheerer application.
