The Elizabeth Arden Intervene Makeup held up well after a working day. I used Everyday Minerals Tinted Silk Dust as a finishing powder. My skin did need some blotting because some oiliness on my T-zone did show up. I applied the foundation after my usual routine (with the Beauty Blender sponge - it's really an amazing tool for foundation application: application and blending at the same time!). Addendum to my Elizabeth Arden Intervene Makeup review + more about base makeup
I tried out the foundation today without my sunscreen (I was in a hurry) and it did hold up better than the last time I used it. The oily T-zone did show up in a few hours, but not as bad as with sunscreen. Anyway, not using sunscreen is not an option. And finding a good, reasonably-priced, non-greasy sunscreen with very high SPF and one that does ( Read more... ) -

I'm reading rave reviews about this product on the beauty blogs I'm subscribed to. Supposedly it looks natural, no cakiness, goes on smooth and stays put all day long. Even users who hate liquid foundation have converted to this product ( Read more... )
