Oh well. If the man turns out to be a Triad recruiter or a scammer or a drug trafficker or an axe murderer or something... he could totally take him. With a shrug, he sets his drink down and sits.
"I see. Anyone in particular? Hope it's not an enemy," he jokes.

"Already ordered, but I'll give 'em a try next time." Did he unintentionally stumble into a clandestine meeting? Is "sea prunes" a password? What if Amon sent him here to meet this guy? ...but that's silly, Amon wouldn't know he'd be here at the same time as the contact.
Maybe he's just lucked out, for once, and met a cute guy. "You must be a regular."

"I am. The proprietor is very friendly to non-benders. Despite the pro-bending crowds after a match." The slight roll of his eyes may tip the newcomer off as to why he's eating here at such an odd time.

Oh. Not a waterbender, then. Right. Good. He should have thought about that. "Thanks for the warning, I'll have to remember to avoid the crowds when I come back." If he comes back, he means; his noodles have only just arrived and they're not cool enough to taste yet... But Water Tribe guy's a regular - there wouldn't be any of those if the food wasn't good, right?
