I can't decide which I like better, a job that I like but the drive sucks, or a job I hate and it's only 1 mile away.

It seems I'm not allowed to have both things my way. This job is killing me on the inside and it's one of those jobs where I have to stay for awhile (probably at least a year) or else I will have burned a bridge, no matter what.

If you find yourself announcing this to people, shut up.

Been at my new job for little over a month now. It's pretty good other than the shitty drive (600 miles a week). I think for sanity's sake, though, I should eventually find something closer to home. I'd like to actually be able to wake up at 8:30 for a 9-5 job, and not 6:45. It is nice though having a job out of retail, and somewhere I can surf ( Read more... )

Being on an actual sleeping schedule sucks shit. Waking up at 6:30am and getting home at 6:30pm can suck my dick.
