Spent last week with a cold. It was a very busy week in Boston. Had my kleenex, cough syrup, and hand sanitizer with me at the workstations. Had a hard time sleeping because of coughing. Feather pillows just don't stack well. I even cancelled my massage on saturday. The deep cough is gone, just congested and very tired.

As a frequent flyer, there are times when I feel entitled but I generally follow the rules. Yes, there are times when I push the 2 limit carryon rule (the small bag will fit into the bigger one - honestly!). Made it to Indy.  There was some rain near Eau Claire that wasn't too bad.  Ran into a downpour near Bloomington, IL.  Kind of scary.  It was sunny, the road curved, and then there was a downpour.  So hard the the wipers on high weren't enough.  Luckily it lasted less than a minute.  Went from 70 down to 40 mph ( Read more... )

Now there is a nest in the backyard.  This causes more of a problem than the front yard.  I will have to keep the kids on leash.  No more going outside at will until the bunnies are gone.
