Pattern is "Three-cornered shawl in clover pattern" from Victorian Lace Today; the yarn is KnitPicks Shadow Lace Yarn, for I am cheap. It feels a bit rough while knitting it up, but washes out all nice and soft. Part of me wishes I'd used one of my better lace yarns for the project, but I wasn't sure if I had enough of any of them for the shawl, while several people on Ravelry had completed this shawl with 3 balls of Shadow.
It was just musing a little while back about how one would go about making Tatterhood into a YA fairy-tale retelling, and wondering if there was enough material (both in Tatterhood and the fairy tales I associate with Tatterhood due to them also appearing in the book Tatterhood and other Tales) to expand it to a trilogy, since I'd come up with 3 dorky titles.
...actually, looking at the post, there wasn't all that much musing. But here it is.
I keep edging up to it and poking it and hoping something will happen with it, but I also know nothing will happen unless I sit down and start writing it.

And I am wearing the Percy shawl. I wore it to church on Sunday. I get compliments on it whenever I wear it.
NaNo would be fun. Perhaps you can declare that you have some goal other than official NaNo?

I must have missed this novel thing you were talking about. What's up?
