New Recipe #1 - Spicy Sweet Broccoli

Inspiration: A cauliflower-tempura appetizer covered in sauce at a fancy Indian restaurant

Problems with the original dish: Z hates cauliflower.  Also Tempura is kinda... well, deep fried.  Which does not go along so well with our attempts to be a little healthier this summer.

Got my ears pierce (AGAIN) today!  Hopefully unlike the last attempt this time it will work and I'll have nice usable ears.  Should be healed nicely in time for my Sis-in-Law's wedding.  It's been nearly three years since the girls and the mall botched my ears before my wedding, so I figured everything must be all healed by now ( Read more... )

Henry Hugginger is on Sabbatical.

For those who don't know, Henry Hugginger is a tiny stuffed sheep my husband gave me one day. For completely no reason, he just knew I would like it. So the sheep was solemnly dubbed "Henry Hugginger" and given the task of storing up hugs from Zishan for me to use when he's away.
