... and I feel AWFUL (ha).
I spent the whole morning in this weird mental haze where I kept having the surreal thought "I am going to RUN today!?". I haven't run - voluntarily - for six years. I've never enjoyed running; I've never been good at it. And I've always known people who loved it and were great at it, which only made me hate it more.

Did you do W1D1 today too? My thighs were killing me right after I got off the treadmill, but I think I stretched out enough that they'll be okay... they're not killing me right now, which is a good sign. Did you run outside? I've heard that running outside is even harder than running on the treadmill because of the harder ground and variable inclines... I definitely don't think I'm ready to run outside!

I really do like the c25k podcast, if you have an iPhone or an iPod touch. If not, I think the Robert Ullrey podcasts are free, but you have to listen to his music.
