I read a lot of fantasy. That's just how I roll. Some sci-fi, the occasional 'literary fiction', but mostly fantasy. And lately I've noticed an interesting trend in fantasy fiction.

I just finished reading a fantasy trilogy, though I'm not sure if it's adult or child. It seems like it was aimed at kids at first, but it got really damn dark later on. It did, however, have a similar angle to that kingdom trouble special power one. Still enjoyed it overall.
