I love a good disaster movie, but this wasn't one of 'em. At least I knew going into it that it would be horrible -- just from the description!

I could even enjoy Armageddon and films like that, where the science is WAY wonky, but this sounds like I would have to suspend my disbelief with a *noose*. It doesn't even sound like it was bad in a good way, like a good B-movie.

Not too long ago there was a made-for-TV movie/mini-series about the Yellowstone caldera blowing - that was kind of a fun one.

Damn. I want whatever tow truck they're using. It's got some horses under the hood, huh?

Not entirely sure you'd want to hurl a large chunk of degenerate matter into the sun. That might have - unintended consequences.
