Just Fei, background is a stock image sent through several effects. But yes, a mouse in photoshop with the pen tool XD You should have seen me do it even better 20 years ago when Windows didn't exist and all I had was some lame bitmap program on DOS and a damn mouse. *LOL* OMFG I am so freaking old. *screams*

LOL. i think it's cuz i eat tofu/green beans/vegetables/eggplants + rice and milk DAILY. i'm not even kidding. lol. and meat. can't forget meat.

and then i work out :) and the one move that you do that targets all the trouble areas is the plank. it hurts, it's difficult to do and the first few days i did it i couldn't hold it past 10 seconds, but it works so awesome it's amazing. sometimes I just do the plank for 5 minutes with breaks in between and that'd be my workout for the day. i personally think that after i've worked out, i don't feel as much craving for guiltypleasure!foods as i do when i skip a week so that's a good thing xD

if ya want more tips on workouts feel free to ask me. (this isn't as in depth as i'd like it to be cuz i feel bad for rambling on your journal XD)

T____T You deserve your size 0. *bows* (at least it's good to know some people need to work hard to be thin too and not just naturally thin all the time).

I should try to workout again. I actually was very knowledgeable in that area and when I had no children I could still find time to workout 2-3 hours a day. Right now I need workouts I can do while carrying my 9 months old baby and reading to my 5 year-old daughter. Any idea? *gets shot* But no matter how much I exercise nothing changes my craving for food. *cries* I'm never going to be a size 0 am I *cries some more*. Feel free to go in depth on me. I need all the tips and tricks I can get (because I simply can't accomplish them all XDDDD *is loser* no, *is overweight loser* *goes emo*).

This is making me bleed to death. I have a serious weakness for all things Arabian.
