swam approx. 800m today... which is almost a half mile. it was hard. i stopped to catch my breath a few times, and noticed that my kick's pretty weak. also, that i am not very good at being bouyant.
the more weight i've lost, the more i've realized how much more i need to lose. that may sound strange, but i've never had a good idea of how to judge how much extra weight a person's carrying. i'm not saying i need to lose a ton more... but my conception of things is fucked

I still need to take my time, relax with the dieting thing. I'm really struggling with my binge eating tendencies right now, and it's totally stress-related. When I get back from Switzerland, I'll do my best to make a concerted effort to drop below 150. For now, I'm trying to maintain in the 155 area. It's the best I can do.
Using the height of 5'6 and weight of 154, my BMI calculates to 24.9... The "average" or "normal" classification for BMI is anywhere between 18.5 to 24.9
