   Tonight I went for coffee and a drive into the countryside with a gentleman I'd met online.  Had a pleasant chat, and enjoyed the cooler weather on the drive (he has a convertible- it's a Flint Boat/ Lincoln Continental 1970 something) and got a new look at a few things. (Nothing else happened- no worries

First, I never thought of you as old or moldy. You were better established than I was, a better paying job and tenure to boot. But never did old or moldy cross my mind.

Second, I'd like you to email me with exactly what you meant by A) the way he looked at you and all that sent into your mind, and B) what the "complicated circumstances" are that would make you choose a 48-year-old as your lifetime commitment if you did, and why you are so apparently certain that you don't deserve or won't get someone a bit more...right for you.
