So this weekend Matt and I went to the Humane Society to look at dogs. We went on Saturday and saw a few dogs that were good possibilities, one of which we liked a lot but had heartworm and we were a bit skeptical about getting a dog that was sick already and we knew it would be costly. So I have been on the island for a full week now. It's pretty nice here! Everything is so GREEN! Don't have to worry about things drying out here.... it rains at least once a day, usually for not really long. But whenever we go out driving, we are usually using the wipers at least a few times.
