You have the cutest belly, mine was never shaped that well. I've learned to ignore whenever doctors estimate a baby's weight. My doctor never did and I think he was smart for doing so, people get too caught up in the whole "the baby is going to be too big" deal. Hopefully you'll go into labor on your own, if not I hope the induction goes well. One of the biggest things I remember about labor was yea it was great being able to deal with the pain while I was on pitocin with some jacked up contractions but I also remember what a difference that whole epidural was that I was so against getting made. I ended up with a c-section but I knew going into it that it was a possibility that I wouldn't dilate. I wasn't induced but my body just wasn't ready for her to be born yet even though my water broke... then again I also got a bad infection that if had gone untreated would of made me very very ill... so all in all being in the hospital was a good thing. Hopefully if you can stay relaxed during the induction and hopefully get to walk

Thank you! I can't wait to see him too. It's a little nerve wracking thinking I know the day I'll get to have him. It's nice to know that I can expect the unexpected. I like that people are sharing their stories, because it sort of helps me to be ready for anything. :o)
Yeah, I feel for you. I remember being stuck on bedrest for the last month of my pregnancy. Also ended up being induced - twice - and it never worked. Ended up with a c. I just never went into labor! It all worked out though.
Painful, no. Since nothing ever happened. Well actually the constant poking by the doctors to see if anything happening was a bit painful but absolutely NO contractions. Extremely annoying, yes. I hope yours has the desired result.
