It's been awhile since I posted. Probably because I have my hands full. My little one is now over six months old. He's sitting up, eating solids, trying to crawl and not really getting anywhere yet. He's here! And has been since April 7th at 5:50 PM. He was 8 lbs and 2 oz and 21 inches long. I started out at the hospital at 5:00 AM. They started the pitocin at 8:30. Luckily, I didn't need any cervix ripening stuff. I was already about a 3 when I came in. The first part of labor wasn't exactly painful, but after a 4, I was miserable. No one ( Read more... )

Yea! I'm losing my mucus plug. But that's about it. I feel like hell. Like I'm coming down with the flu. Lots of intestinal issues, head ache, general feeling of crappiness, and some painful, but irregular braxton hicks. Maybe Miles will be an April Fools baby?
