I just saw my first Lewis and Clark bicentennial nickel, the "ocean view" version. I've seen the bison one, but the pretty ocean view makes for one sweet nickel. i also recently heard on the news that pennies and nickels now cost more to make then they are worth. the cost of the raw materials went up.... kinda funny.

OSU smelled like horse shit all day today. that happens occasionally when the agriculture students decide to fertilize something or other. sucks for those of us who attend OSU to learn about something besides sheep and cows. it also sucks that the 85 degree weather melted the stench into the air. sucks even more for Nick who had to go on a 5 mile ( Read more... )

just had a pretty good phone interview with Basic Rights Oregon. bragged like whoah about Eli. my feelings about internships are always so mixed. my initial reaction is always "i'm scared to start this job. i sound good on paper but once i get there i'll make a fool out of myself. they'll realize my writing sucks, i don't know how to use commas, ( Read more... )
