Research
So I'm trying to do research for my....book? Story? I guess it's a little world I'm trying to create. I'm reading hacker forums on reddit, the hacker news and any articles I can about SWIFT and the bounty programs that have started popping up, most notably at the Department of Defense (least notably at Pornhub, I suppose). The small things
Life is interesting about here. It's all about how well you can adjust to the small things. Like always having to wear pants to go eat, all the time. Shower stalls that are so small I always hit the temperature handle and get burned or froze every time I turn around. Bathroom stalls where my knees touch the walls. We installed a system in a vehicle today. While in the motorpool, I started talking to a Soldier who had deployed 6 times. We talked about the good old days in Baghdad and the equipment and life. He has 4 kids and is expecting another in 10 days. 3 of his kids will have been born while deployed. He is on his 3rd wife. Life is complicated. But this ( Read more... )
