Ubuntu, you got me.....SERIOUSLY. I found out that by default, CPU scaling is set to half to conserve energy, while this makes sense for laptops, I cannot see why desktops have this enabled by default. Anywho, yay for a second Christmas, I'm now running 2.2ghz on all of my cores!
