So I am sitting on my porch.
about 11 at night.
its clear, Im enjoying the weather.
and the most haunting thing happened.
A car horn emits out of the low murmur from the nearby street.
Then tires skidding
Then a loud crash, as if someone had just thrown glass and metal going, oh lets say about 55 mph at eachother

wishing, believing, hoping, 
saying to yourself
that maybe, just maybe this once you can open yourself up a little bit 
adn this time will be different

so has been my first semester in college.

two weeks later.
im somewhat speechless.
some people drift away
some get closer.

school rolls downhill
but life is moving up.

all these little cliche moments keep me satisified with myself
what i have become
what i have grown away from.

new budgets

and im really happy

but i do miss things
people
places

and the mind does not forget
they create phantasms
