I fell downstairs last night. Hurt my back :( Ive been taking pain killers today, but am struggling.

Off for a hot bath now, and an early night.

Im feeling really sorry for myself.

Thanks. Its Monday now and Im still stuggling. May have to go to A&E if it carries on, perhaps need an xray or something :(
