ME and a few friends have decided to come together and match whatever each one puts up, I think we decided to put up $20 each. I answer for the Red Cross and they have a phone number for a special needs shelter in Lafayette that we have decided to try to help. We were supposed to stay at my mom's all weekend, because my brother was coming in from Houston and I hadn't seen him in about 3 yrs. After an accident recently, Bats was in a coma in a hospital. The docs put him in an induced coma because of the sweling in his brain, things were actualy looking up, according to all the posts by those who have been able to stay by his side, we all thought he would pull through. Well today while I was at work, my brother calls my cell 3 times back to back, so on the 4th time, i picked it up. HE told me that my mom and dad were putting our dog bear to sleep. Soemtimes I think about hurting myself to make things better, and sometimes I actually think about how I would carry it out, and plan to do it. Right now is one of those times. The only thing that I can ay thats stops me right now is James, Jonathan, and my family.

I went my first appointment...he taught me some calming exercises, told me that i may have sleep apnea or i am very depressed. I had to fill out this sleep apnea thing, and may have to go spend a few nights in the sleep lab, he also gave me an assignment...i have to wirte an autobiography....i didnt think it would be difficult, but it sucks. Well, I finally broke down...came to my senses and figured out that I needed to seek help. I have started going to therapy to learn to deal with alot of things. Mostly to learn to deal with what has happened in my past and learn to accept it, grow from it and move on from it. Hmmm...I am experiencing alot of the same things that Katie spoke about in her last entry. I am very short with everyone and extremely emotional...I cry all the time now and i don't know why. As we get ready to move into our new apartment, I am beginning to feel like my relationship is falling apart...well actually I've felt that way for a while now.
