Today, my family and I went to tour the model homes again nearby where I live. My sister and her husband liked the particular model home my mom and I like. It would be nice to live there, but damn, just paying off the down payment alone can scare anyone away ( Read more... )

Not even close... about $375,000.00 for the down payment. X_X It's beautiful, but it's just darn expensive. X_X'
