that explains the old water heater by the dumpsters. I trust they agreed that it qualified as a "true" emergency.

Did I tell you that the light outside building C is burnt out and our poor maintenance man went to change it and discovered that the underground wire is broken and so when the snow melts he'll have to dig up the grass?
