[ Juudai is over at the goldfish scooping stall. He is absolutely determined to catch this one big one in there, which has evaded his every attempt and cost him at least two poi. But he will catch you, Mr. Fish. ]
It's not that hard once you've got an idea. [ Supremely confident in Johan's ability to adapt to Japanese clothing. Will this confidence turn out to be well-placed? Time to find out! Juudai waves the merchant over and manages to haggle the price of the blue yukata down to a manageable amount. ]
Come on, let's find somewhere you can change. [ The merchant, after wishing them a somewhat amused "good afternoon," hands Juudai the yukata, wrapped up in oiled paper tied with a string. ] There might be room in the public bathhouse.
[Off to the bathhouse they go! And then when they get there, Johan takes the yukata carefully from Juudai, unwrapping it and making sure it doesn't drag on the ground.
After closing the door behind him, it's a few minutes before he peers around it again, gesturing Juudai over.]
Er, yeah, think I'm gonna need a little help adjusting this... think you can check to make sure I did the rest right, while you're at it?
[ Juudai was just casually waiting with his back to the sliding door, waving cheerfully at anyone who gave a second look as they passed by. Suddenly, he feels it slide behind him, and glances to his left to see Johan peering around the door. ]
[ He laughs a little. ] - Here. [ The door slides open an extra meter or so and then shut, as Juudai slips into the room and starts rearranging Johan's yukata without a moment's hesitation. ]
You've got to fold it a little more this way, and then... [ He works quickly, even though the light is pretty dim in here. One last cinch on the sash, and - ] Done.
[ Juudai backs up and admires his handiwork. ] There. It looks good on you.

[Alice had been walking along beside Oz, not so much paying attention to whatever it was that stupid Seaweed-head was saying to her Oz, when she catches sight of the boy.
Curious, she drifts over to see what he's doing with a look of wide-eyed wonder, tinged with a touch of confusion, on her face. And she looked every inch the respectable young lady in her purple and black yukata... until she utterly ignores anything called personal space and leans in close to peer down at the pool before she all but shouts her question.]
Oh! What's this? What are you gonna do with that thing? Eat it?
[ Juudai jumps maybe a full foot straight up, flinging Mr. Fish and a good deal of water into the air. He scrambles as the large goldfish descends, and - plop! - drops right into his outstretched hands.
Well, that was... sort of helpful. BUT STILL. ]
No! You don't eat goldfish. [ Or, Juudai doesn't, at least. He doesn't know about you, lady. The large goldfish wriggles unhappily in his grip, and, with a sigh, Juudai releases him back into the pool - better for you to live to swim another day than to suffocate waiting for Juudai to find a bucket, Mr. Fish. ] Did you want to try?
[A blink, then a smirk as Alice chuckles at him. He was scared, just like that? But that hadn't even required effort. Still, he'd answered her questions and made her an offer.
Although...
A quick glance back to the pond before she cuts violet eyes back to him.]
Well, if you don't eat it, then what's the point in taking it's life? Games like that are a waste.
[Her expression darkens at that because really...pets were not good things to Alice. At least not to this Alice.
She cuts her eyes down to the pond as violet eyes narrow and with one swift move slices her hand down into the water, the fish caught in her fist. As she draws it back out, she looks cooly up at him.]
My last pet tried to kill me. I don't think I like 'pets' so maybe he'd make a better snack, hm?
[Oh! Aaaand watch as her eyes light up and she tosses the fish in question back into the water. A bright grin curves her lips as she looks up at him, her sudden excitement so very obvious - because he just said the magic words.
She reaches up to catch his sleeve, gives it a slight tug, all faint-blushing innocence and asks sweetly.]
They have meat, on sticks, just back there....
[She points back with her other hand and gives the direction a look of pure longing as she adds off-handedly.]
[Here, have a blink, because she wasn't being coy. And he'd offered, after all!]
What? I'm always hungry! I just wanted to see what you were doing! But it's fine - I don't need you to do anything! [And here is where she starts to turn away, cracking her knuckles with glee as she eyes the stand.]

...It is pretty comfortable, though. Hehehe, I think I can get used to this!
[And then he spins around and gives Juudai the gotcha pose with a huge grin.]
Now we can really have fun, right?
