It's the next step up from being a librarian

And, librarians don't usually get to carry weapons. Legally. Although I guess those reference books could be used as weapons. Some of those things are heavy enough to crush skulls.

Ooh, I want to take that class, psychic detective and all. I have a character who's a pet psychic but she would probably love to do detective work too (and be inept at it.)

How did you find the PI class? I'm going to have to google for something in my area. If nothing else, the instructor is probably a great source for all sorts of questions.

It's a continuing education class through the local university. And, the instructor has been a great source. She was the first female P.I. in New Mexico, so she's been around for a while.

That sounds like an awesome class! Do PIs ever have to sneak through somebody's garbage?

Next time you see the psychic you should grab your head and say "Ouch. I think our frequencies are crossed."

Have you ever seen Psych? It's on USA. I couldn't stop thinking about the two lead characters the entire time the psychic investigator was talking.
