The holidays were lovely and the family wasn't too bad to be around this year. I guess we're all calming down in our old age.

That said, I think it will be nice to get back to work. I do enjoy free time and lazing around but being idle for too long can drive a man insane.

I'll be taking two weeks off at the end of the month to see family and just take a break from Tokyo. Kenya, some of that time will be spent at your parents' home as I'll be going along with mine on their invitation to visit. I don't expect to see you there but if you would like me to pass on any greetings or gifts, I'll be happy to.
