Parks for 1 Year Old Birthday Party?
My daughter will be turning 1 year old at the end of the month *sniffle* and I’m looking for a venue to have her party. My husband and I are looking to move into a townhouse at Hawthorne Place Apartments in Independence. I know the reputation for the complex has been awful in the past, with a very high crime rate.
