Hi everyone! I have a new fic! This fic is one of the responses to ficwriterjet 50 Prompts. I took three of them, and this one is based on "health". I'm kind of proud of it because it's my first actual SPN fic, since my AU family series isn't quite the same thing. Again, this part just makes me go "ohhhh" in sympathy.

“Dean,” said John, cutting his son off with a stern glare. “Do you actually want a spanking before the spanking? I gave you an order, son, now go get me my hairbrush.”

Wonderful job! I was reading by peeking between my fingertips on this one, LOL. Loved John's concern and that he waited to spank Dean, and tried not to make it any harder on his children than he had to. This was a great kick-off to the prompts; thanks so much for writing it. :)

Wow, I caused somersaults? I'm impressed with myself, lol. I'm glad you enjoyed the story so much! I agree that John sometimes disciplines the boys too quickly, and I really liked being able to write him as a more nurturing father in this story. I'm starting on my second prompt tonight, so hopefully you'll enjoy my take on it as well! Thanks for the feedback!

Just a lovely story and very true to Dean's nature, I always think of the episode where he leaves the hospital after his heart attack, oh Dean!

I thought John handled this just perfectly and I adore corner time, poor Sammy just trying to keep quiet, though I think waiting was for his spanking was much more painful for Dean.

LOL Dean puking on the hairbrush, would be disgusting but genius! Thanks for an awesome story :D

Lol I'm trying to get as much work done on the prompts before I head back to school, since I'm a little nervous about the amount on time I'll have to write once I get back. I mean, I'll make time, I just don't know how much :)

I LOVE corner time too! I believe that there is a serious lack of it, and I want to include it in as many of my stories as I can. I think they were both pretty nervous having to wait for their spankings. Dean had a much longer wait, and knew he was in for a harsher spanking, but Sammy had to deal with knowing that Dean almost got killed because he didn't speak up. I think they both had a rough time, but I loved writing for John in this story. He was a really good Daddy :)

I'm glad you liked the hairbrush part...I wasn't sure if it was too cheesy, but I wanted to end the story on a funny note after all the spanking and lecturing drama. Thank you so much for the praise, and I'm really happy that you liked the story! I'm hoping to have the next one posted by Thursday!
