I really wish Shore would let House have a realistic bottom. Not necessarily one that makes him geniuinely go into recovery, but one where there are actual consequences.

Thanks! I think the missing piece of all this is the House/Wilson subtext that should have been played up instead of having Wilson do his fake cheer-leader routine.
